Our college has got self finance unit of NSS of sixty volunteers, from Kavayitri Bahinabai Chaudhari North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon. They have sanctioned one program officer and one assistant program officer for the NSS unit. Mr.V.S.Pawar, Ms. Deepala Desai, have been appointed as the program officer of the NSS unit.
The NSS is part of our academic, social and personal life as it is the third dimension of education. It allows the students to actively contribute their services for the cause of community and the nation, thus helping them develop their personality. Service and attain the traits of a leader of the nation. As such, the NSS is the right platform, where the student- youth of the nation may get to involve with real-life social activities, and thereby become responsible citizen of India.
Motto of NSS is "NOT ME BUT YOU".

Activities
The NSS Unit needs to organize Regular Activities (RA) and special Camping Programmes (SCPs). Special Camping Programme (SCP) which is of 7-days duration to be organized in the adopted villages/urban slums. Under the NSS Programme any student studying in college who opts for and is selected for NSS is expected to continue for the period of two years and is required to render service for a minimum 120 hours per year and he is also required to participate in special camping programme.
The Special Camping Programme will be treated as separate project and the hours of work put in those programmes will be accounted separately and they should not be included in the 120 hours of normal NSS. student enrolled in NSS should work for continuous two years and is expected to put in at least 120 hours of social service (in at least two community-based projects) in both the academic years. The enrolled NSS volunteer also expected to participate at least one 07 days special camp during his enrollment in NSS of two years.
